The Director of Contracts Solutions will serve as the leader in delivering Epiqs Contracts Solutions business to our blue-chip corporate client base.

Working closely with colleagues in Epiqs industry-leading eDiscovery business, this role will build and implement the processes and technology needed to provide Epiq clients with insights into the terms and clauses in their commercial contracts, often in connection with acquisitions, divestitures, spin-offs and regulatory events.

In addition, this individual will manage the teams of attorneys, contract analysts and third-party technology providers who are delivering the service to Epiq clients.

Essential Job Responsibilities Manage all aspects of large-scale reviews of commercial contracts, including the technology configuration, the analysis performed both by AI / machine learning technology and Epiqs legal analysts as well as managing client interactions to ensure high quality and timely service delivery.

Build and document the processes required to efficiently collect, review and report on projects involving the review of thousands of commercial contracts.

Working with the GM of the business and the solution architecture team to, determine the Contracts Solution pricing strategy and manage its execution.

Select leading AI technology vendors and manage the use of their technology. Serve as the primary liaison with the client throughout the delivery of the project, establishing and managing effective communication protocols.

Work closely with the Epiq sales team on client proposals and responses to RFPs. Determine the future processes, technologies and delivery methods needed to continuously innovate the service.

  • evaluates both the short- and long- term consequences of decisions. Required Qualifications & Characteristics Significant experience managing large scale review of commercial contracts, including managing both technology led reviews and teams of attorneys and contracts analysts.

    Experience building, developing and innovating a service offering that integrates people, processes and technology into a single solution for clients.

    Experience evaluating technology vendors and integrating a vendors solution into an organizations legacy technology platforms.

    Client-facing experience, either in a delivery or account management capacity. Exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to work across multiple functions to accomplish a projects goals.
