Job brief
We are looking for a Customer-oriented Service Officer.
A Customer Service Officer acts as a liaison, provides detailed product / service information, responds to inquiry, and manage ad hoc situation with an immediate solution to effectively communicate and solve customers’ inquiries.
The best Customer Service Officer is always ready to help customers. With good communication skills, they are able to engage well with customers.
On top of that, they willing to put themselves in customers’ shoes, showing empathy, passion and patient in answering all the customers’ inquiries.
They are also natural problem solvers who is confident at troubleshooting and investigating customers’ questions and complaints at all times.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customers’ inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
Monitor customers’ complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
Inform customers about new features and functionalities
Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing and Purchasing teams
Requirements
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Proficiency in 2 or more languages (Malay, English or Chinese dialects)
No experience are encouraged to apply, training will be provided
