The Cognitive Project Lead is a core member of the agile teams implementing cognitive solutions. These cognitive solutions are to be fit-for-purpose, efficient, and of high quality.

The responsibility of the cognitive project manager is to guide the overall implementation of cognitive solutions designed by the IPsoft team and address day-to-day issues related to client’s business processes.

The Cognitive Project Lead will work a significant amount of time on the client site. A cognitive project lead for our Amelia team is the person or persons that are ultimately responsible for aligning our technical support during the transition phase to meet the client’s requirements and expectations.

Responsibilities :

  • Act as central coordinator for all activities related to technical elements of the project, and is the interaction point between central IPsoft teams and the client
  • Run the client configuration and Integration streams on site and liaise with the central dedicated IPsoft teams (i.e. Configuration & Implementation and Interface & Security teams), with the support of the Business and Technical Architects to address more complex issues
  • Conduct and coordinate testing sessions and document their advancement
  • Relay communications between the remote teams and client’s relevant teams
  • Support Solution Deployment teams by linking with Client’s IT teams
  • Gather client training requirements for post-roll out platform operation and aspects and direct client capability building
  • Propose and execute on ongoing project governance model including budget, timing, execution risks, functional ambition, and value delivered to business units
  • Understand and convert use cases in internal tools prior to project start, based on value maximization and strengths of Amelia technology
  • Support sales process in assessing, correcting, and sign-off of Statement of
  • Communicate business case content and supporting arguments on go / no-go to relevant stakeholders
  • Assist Technical Architect and Business Architects in requirements gathering
  • Document conclusions of the deployment, setting the general direction for each of the work streams launching next
  • Prepare training materials for client capability building, end user education, and platform usability by customizing sanitized documents and administering WBT / ILT sessions
  • Conduct training sessions with agreed audiences to support client in configuring
  • Develop the project plan and implementation plan with support from Cognitive Business Architect and Technical Leads, and Implementation Lead
  • Track and continue to set client expectation on all applicable work streams throughout life of the project : knowledge training, project architecture blueprint, project security and integration needs, project configuration and implementation, product operation, client capability building, and project governance & impact tracking
  • Create and deliver risk matrices, progress reports, burndown charts, executive stakeholder presentations on milestone achievements
  • Track CSAT, MTTD, and delivered business value to validate business case
  • Qualifications :

  • 5+ years working in international, distributed teams
  • 5+ years of understanding and ability to deliver stakeholder reports
  • 3+ years of (similar) experience leading implemention of business processes
  • 3+ years of understanding and ability to create client-facing documents
  • Ability to develop use cases and business cases
  • Possess sound analytical & troubleshooting skills
  • Possess sound verbal and written communication skills
  • Rockstar (Preferred) Qualifications in addition to those required :
  • Graduate degree in technology
  • Knowledge of ITIL Process Framework
