  • Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.In our Advisory / Deals team we are looking for Senior consultants to work together with Advisory teams in PwC Europe, assisting in financial due diligence.
  • PwC Europe?s Advisory (Financial Due Diligence) is a market leader, regularly advising on some of the large and complex cross-border deals and helping clients who are looking to buy or sell all or part of their business.

  • We assist PwC Europe in performing the following works : thoroughly assess a target company?s finances, consider the opportunities and risks, and identify potential deal issues;
  • when working with vendors, assess their businesses so that potential buyers can make informed decisions; deliver concise, deal issue-oriented reports and data books to the clients which highlight the key findings from the due diligence.

    The opportunityYou could find yourself assisting clients to drive business-led and technology-enabled transformations across a broad range of business issues.

    You?ll be part of a highly collaborative team where we?ll need you to be able to lead projects from the initial phase up to the end of the deal.

    The requirements- Fluent in English, both verbal and written- Above average bachelor?s degree in Business, Accounting or Business Administration.

    Preferably with a Masters? in Finance.- Strong accounting background, good finance knowledge and acumen with an understanding of financial statements, key financial ratios, and drivers of value- At least 3 years of experience working with financial statements, analyzing financial and economic situations as well as ratios and KPIs- High degree of analytical thinking and ability to solve complex problems- Team player with the ability to engage in international teams and resolve problems on their own.

    Collaborative workstyle and able to effectively work remotely (with limited oversight) while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment- Experience assigning tasks, supervising and managing teams of more than 2 members.

  • Advanced skills in MS-Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with the ability to independently storyboard and develop messaging for senior, firm-wide leadership- Commitment and responsibility for high quality work- Digital affinity to work with different database tools to process information- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, pride of ownership, and innate intellectual curiosity- Comfortable when working with ambiguity and in an unstructured environment to introduce new approaches and thought ownership to projects- Be willing to drive the future of the team along with the local ManagementThe responsibilities- Teach and assist junior members in both technical and soft skills- Work in complex projects with challenging financial analysis in liaison with Managers and above- Effectively work in multiple project assignments with constant change of priority- Participate in the elaboration of reports delivered to the final client- Be the go-to person for financial and accounting knowledge within the team- Familiarise with the deal analytics tools to supervise the consultants and enable the projects to run smoothly- Prepare ad-hoc internal reports regarding current team operations for status callsEducation (if blank, degree and / or field of study not specified)Degrees / Field of Study required : Degrees / Field of Study preferred : Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified)Desired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified)EnglishTravel RequirementsNot SpecifiedAvailable for Work Visa Sponsorship?
