PwC Europe?s Advisory (Financial Due Diligence) is a market leader, regularly advising on some of the large and complex cross-border deals and helping clients who are looking to buy or sell all or part of their business.
when working with vendors, assess their businesses so that potential buyers can make informed decisions; deliver concise, deal issue-oriented reports and data books to the clients which highlight the key findings from the due diligence.
The opportunityYou could find yourself assisting clients to drive business-led and technology-enabled transformations across a broad range of business issues.
You?ll be part of a highly collaborative team where we?ll need you to be able to lead projects from the initial phase up to the end of the deal.
The requirements- Fluent in English, both verbal and written- Above average bachelor?s degree in Business, Accounting or Business Administration.
Preferably with a Masters? in Finance.- Strong accounting background, good finance knowledge and acumen with an understanding of financial statements, key financial ratios, and drivers of value- At least 3 years of experience working with financial statements, analyzing financial and economic situations as well as ratios and KPIs- High degree of analytical thinking and ability to solve complex problems- Team player with the ability to engage in international teams and resolve problems on their own.
Collaborative workstyle and able to effectively work remotely (with limited oversight) while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment- Experience assigning tasks, supervising and managing teams of more than 2 members.
