The Sr HR Services Administrator will work with internal & external customers, business leaders and will be responsible of the timely delivery of the high quality customer service in line with Honeywell processes and policies.
Key Responsibilities
On-boarding process administration (including but not limited to contract preparation, track progress, induction and all necessary arrangements)
Exit process administration
Employee letters (e.g. verification letters)
Employment contracts modifications
Medical and benefits administration
Leave administration
Reports related to HRS
Support HRS related audit
Managing HRS service requests in CRM according to Golden rules
Answering to employees queries and direct them to the right channel if needed
Involvement in process integration if required
Initiate improvement ideas and action on it
Coordinate and provide data and information to payroll for monthly closing
Comply with all required policies & local labor law.
Handling incoming calls and other communications.
Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
Bachelor's Degree
Fluent local language and English (spoken and written)
Good PC skills (word, excel, outlook, CRM);
