ACCOUNTABILITIES

Manage project activities for Platform (Technology) and Data Remediation Workstream through collaboration with Company’s Finance Transformation Program with Workstream Leaders and external Consultants

Manage the FTP contract management on consulting services and solutions as well as overall financial control on budget and management of FTP

Develop and consolidate FTP budgets with the Program Director to ensure cohesiveness and consistency with the cope of deliverables

Perform role as a Project Manager at Program Management Office (PMO) to manage project activities for projects under the Platform (Technology) and Data Remediation Workstreams for FTP

Coordinate activities towards meeting the Time, cost & Quality requirement for the projects

Collaborate with FTP workstream Leader and external Consultants to organize events (work sessions / workshops)

Co-develop with Planning & Risk Manager all reports for status update, progress review and / or decision making by the FTP Steering Committee members

Project workstreams budget provision for each project phase by working closely with the project team

Manage and monitor budget allocations for each phase of FTP

Monitor each workstream actual spending recognition and tracking for record purposes

Reconcile financial spending against project plan by working closely with the Planning & Risk Manager

Main liaison with Corporate Procurement Team for all FTP procurement activities including tender and contract activities

Review and manage the enforcement of contract management on consulting services and IT Solutions provider

Facilitate procurement support between Corporate Procurement and FTP core Team

Facilitate legal matters between the legal team and FTP core team

Raise red flag issues and provide recommendations on FTP contract services

Provide relevant input to FCT and Workstream Team Leads to ensure all services rendered are according to scope of work

REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate field of study or professional qualifications or equivalent

Certification in Project Management (PMP / PMI) is required

At least 10 years of working experience in project management scope, including roles such as Cost Controller and / or Contract Manager

Experience in managing projects on ERP implementation (e.g. SAP) is highly preferred

Exposure in managerial capacity / position with working experience in budget preparation / financial forecasting / contract reviewing
