What will you be engaged in?

Plays a key role in developing the strategies for the insurance side of the business, in light that Insurance for TREVO users is a key enabler of business growth

Manages robust Insurance strategic plan that covers typical risk scenarios for TREVO's users and provides them peace of mind from TREVO participation and utilisation.

Develops strategies that are commercially viable, be suited to the unique potentialities of car sharing, leverage on data and analytics, and scale & adapt as the platform grows

  • Drives full spectrum on insurance operations; integrating complex pricing, product and claims issues in the context of a fast-growing pace of TREVO;
  • Explores opportunities to bring together internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute a long-term strategy for insurance, conduct regular engagement with both GM and Management to get their buy-in on the insurance opportunities / strategies

    Aligns product (P2P Insurance and other ancillary products, including TREVO Guard), pricing, data analytics, claims operations and other aspects of the insurance value chain so as to solve various pain points and to develop and execute a seamless insurance experience which helps to scale the business

    Works cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing and other teams to embed TREVO's insurance approach within a holistic view of growing the business

    Manages insurer & related partnership relationships

    Manages professional relationships with regulators and trade associations following relevant guidelines and communicating Trevo's strategy and priorities

    Manages relationship and influences internal stakeholders to help aligning priorities with other departments on insurance

    Expert in Insurance related functions

    Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative analysis tools and techniques

    Ability to build consensus and relationships amongst senior management, partners, and employees

    Passion for analytics, SQL and dashboarding

    Creative thinker, multi-tasker, data-oriented, and results-driven

    Outstanding organizational and leadership skills with a hands-on approach

    Positive attitude paired with a desire for transparency and openness

    BA / BS in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent

    Background in E-commerce, Mobility as a Service provider or Consulting is preferred
