About youWe’re looking for an individual that loves a challenge, loves working in very close relationships with Customers and who wants to work in a Sales role in a really fast paced environment.
You’ll be working across our Spirits, Sparkling Wine, Vermouth and RTD portfolio, where Bacardi is one of the biggest players in the market.
And you’ll take ownership for some of our biggest Retail customers.
With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to :
Deliver on key revenue targets (NSV, Gross Margin, Profitability, ROI, Value Share)
Deliver impact from channel and shopper marketing programs agreed with Marketing
Understand customer strategy and how to leverage the Bacardi value proposition to grow mutual business
Drive, agree, and execute customer Joint Business Plans that deliver win-win value to Bacardi and customers
You will be accountable for the effective implementation of our annual negotiation agreements and price increases
Optimize promotional plans through the year through implementation of the ROI strategy and goals
Input into the shaping of the channel & portfolio’s market strategy.
Input into the market IAP process to ensure local channel and customer needs are captured
Build effective long-term relationships with Key Customers
Provide accurate demand forecasting to Supply Chain teams or to market Sales Performance and Planning team
Relentlessly drive a pay for performance based approach with Customers
Seek great execution on POS, assure replenishment and fill rate constant track.
Skills and Experience
The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
Essential : experience in managing Key Accounts / Customers in a FMCG company at national level in Peru.
Proven success in independently negotiated annual commercial agreements on national level
Strong negotiation skills
Strong analytical skills
Working knowledge of sales effectiveness tools processes and category management
Demonstrable track record of performance in commercial
Evidence of developing highly effective and sustainable trading terms
Positive mindset, solution oriented
Passion for POS perfect execution and visual merchandising.
