Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the client to prepare and execute email campaigns (from campaign assets development to performance analysis) using our marketing automation tool
  • Setup Webinars using On24 platforms, following our multi-step model from invite to follow-up
  • Setup Email Nurture Campaigns Using Marketo with multiple streams and triggers using automation methodology and best practices
  • Consult with client and advise on standard methodologies to drive lead generation efforts
  • Delivering reports and presentations for campaign success evaluation
  • Optimizing materials for campaign tracking and attribution (UTM, GTM)
  • Developing optimized html landing pages and emails for mobile / desktop viewing
  • Launch campaigns using A / B tests, and promotions that succeed through email and online platforms.
  • Measure results and optimize the nurture tracks for various segments to convert leads to customers
  • Data management according to GDPR / CASL compliance standards

    Minimum qualifications

  • BA / BS or equivalent working experience
  • Strong understanding in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web front-end development knowledge highly valued
  • Experience with online platforms, tools and protocols
  • Experience with marketing automation / email service provider tools and inbound marketing. (Marketo preferred / Hubspot / Eloqua / Pardot and / or other email campaign tools)
  • Experience with a Webinar service provider (On24, GotoWebinar, Webex, Zoom, etc..)
  • Solid understanding of workflow processes and systems to optimize marketing and sales productivity
  • Previous experience on the field of digital marketing / marketing automation / email marketing
  • Ability to work cooperatively across departments, regions and aid to break down communication silos
  • Understanding and previous work experience with Microsoft office package.
  • Preferred qualifications

  • Understanding of modern online marketing techniques
  • Tech savvy and analytical attitude covering online marketing tools, openness to continuous learning
  • Moderate knowledge of Salesforce.com (or another CRM tool)
