Develop and ensure the implementation of strategies and action plans to meet the objectives of the area. This includes hiring and training plans during the execution stage of the project, and development of the asset management strategy for commissioning, startup, ramp up and commercial production.
Participate in detailed engineering with EPCM to ensure that the final plant design meets requirements in terms of maintainability.
Ensure the availability of the resources required for the execution of commissioning, ramp up and commercial production of the Process Plant.
Develop short, medium and long-term reliability and maintenance plans. Work with supply chain for the execution and delivery of specialized maintenance works by contractors in their area of responsibility to ensure the efficient use of resources and compliance with existing contracts.
Perform continuous monitoring of operations (through reports, visits, inspections, etc.) to suggest actions to ensure compliance with the plans and their continuity.
Promote the implementation of continuous improvement tools that allow innovating and optimizing processes. Ensure the quality of execution and delivery of maintenance work, through comprehensive plans, to guarantee high levels of reliability of productive assets.
Manage the economic resources (CAPEX and OPEX) of the area to ensure their efficient use. Know, demonstrate commitment and perform within the framework of the Process Quality Management System, by monitoring its management processes and applying its procedures, instructions and formats.
Promote and demand in the area, the use of basic tools and quality management in order to achieve continuous improvement of processes and quality.
Know and comply with the MYSRL Internal Regulation related to Safety and Occupational Health issued pursuant to Law 29783, DS.
024-2016-EM y DS. 023-2017-EM; as well as the regulations related to Safety, Integral Hygiene and Environment contained in the MYSRL Internal Work Regulations and Code of Ethics and Conduct, the MYSRL Loss Prevention Manual, the Internal Procedure / Rule Manual in the work area and the Loss Prevention activities scheduled for his / her Department.

Training & Experience
Secondary. Graduate or postgraduate degree in Maintenance, Maintenance Engineering, Reliability Engineering or other related disciplines.
More than ten (13) years in Process Maintenance including maintenance supervision, project management, planning & scheduling, and reliability improvement.
Experience in managing and administering budgets and financial controls in a multinational company. Possessor of a high level of leadership and a people-oriented perspective.
Good written and oral communication skills. Spoken and written English. Possessing a high level of leadership and a people-oriented perspective.
Good written and oral communication skills. Good basic computer knowledge and familiarity with all the functionalities of the software used in maintenance.
Knowledge of hazards and maintenance of high temperature / pressure plants and oxygen enriched titanium systems.
The functions of this position are performed in the field and office. The person in charge must be in good health and physical condition so that they can carry out work at heights between 3,000 and 4,000 meters above sea level.
The work schedule is administrative, 4 days of work and 3 days of rest. The person in charge may have to travel and help at other locations nationally and internationally.
