Position Overview : Focus, Scope, and Impact : This role is responsible for Operations performance tracking and business intelligence across the multiple regions and disciplines within the total NARTD Portfolio (Mexico, Central, Brazil and South Cone).
This will be achieved by : Performance Tracking of key business indicators as per Business Plan. Additionally, manage and track other key performance indicators : Brand Love Score, Brand Penetration, Loss Sales Opportunity etc.
Pulling data and insights from Insights and Analysis, Operations Planning and BTO / EWI functions to identify granular opportunities and create actionable commercial levers at market level.
Identify and provide ongoing support to the Operations Team on system : wide matters needing attention.Develops and maintains effective working relationships with Franchise Units, Strategy, Commercial and Marketing functions).
Scope : Operating Region : Full accountability over the LATAM OU Business Intelligence across all Operating Zones and all 8 Franchise Territories (System NR, KO NR, KO OI).
Reporting to Sr. Manager Franchise Strategic Planning : Franchise Unit.Cross : collaborate with all Business Intelligence and Business Tracking community across LA OU.
