Our client is Malaysia’s 1st curated overstock platform for Home and Renovation customers to find bargains. Sustainability is a key belief of the company to address environmental issues, when the founder found a direct proportion between unsold inventory and junkyard landfill.

For this reason, their aim is to reduce, reuse, and repurpose overstock material which can be found in construction junkyard.

To date, they have repurposed more than 7 millions worth of overstock materials into 3500 homes in Klang Valley itself. They are looking for like-minded individuals to join their team and expand their market to other states.

Job Scopes

Handle full-set account and prepare monthly management account for the company.

Monitoring and updating financial budget.

Manage and process monthly payroll.

Day-to-day accounting duties, update, and reconciliation of accounts.

Handle all transactions in account payable and account receivable.

Prepare account documents and reports on weekly and monthly basis.

Present the relevant documents and reports in the meetings as requested by the management from time to time.

Handle all invoices approved and perform matching with the supporting documents.

Prepare and monitor cash flow and forecast of the company.

Prepare and update monthly debtor and creditor aging list.

Monitor sales collection and follow up on outstanding payments with the sales team.

Ensure proper filing system for all processed transactions (including journals) and attached with the required documents.


Candidate must possess Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.

Must be able to speak and write in Mandarin and English.

Minimum 1 year of handling full set account and payroll experience.

Pleasant personality, open-minded and fast learner.

Possess knowledge of general accounting principles, regulatory standards and compliance requirements.

High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality.

Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Know how to use software like UBS, AutoCount and etc.

Possess own transport and have no issue to work at Bukit Raja, Klang office.

Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.

Have no issue performing computer duties in MS Office (Words, Excel), with high attention to detail.

Preferably someone who able to start work immediately or within short notice.
