Job Description Burr Ridge Facilities Coordinator Provide general overall FM services including continuous monitoring of facility.
Work with property managers to handle routine property management operations, including procurement of property supplies and services, issuing purchase orders, managing bid requests and service / construction contracts, and processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Create, complete and provide record keeping for facilities work orders, required inspections and maintenance. Shipping, receiving and inventory functions providing administrative support as needed.

Perform and support preventative maintenance on building equipment and components, update records, and review status of preventative maintenance work with team manager.

Participate in emergency response procedures, technical training programs and safety training programs as required. Coordinate and oversee work performed by third-party vendors.
Able to be on stand-by and to assist with afterhours emergencies. Operate and maintain building equipment and systems. Respond to client service requests.
Update and maintain records of all maintenance performed on site via CMMS system. Perform all other tasks as requested by management.
