Customer support Manager.
Key focal point in Peru for the support and relationship with customers.
Job Description
Lead the support activities for Perú customers
Participate in the pre-sales phase to design support structure in every contract
Assist customer in the day by day activities
Be escalation point in all the incidents generated by customers
Coordinate engineering staff to provide the support services described in the SOW of contracts
Be responsible to meet contracts KPI and achieve high standards of customer satisfaction
Be responsible of sales and orders goals for services in Perú
Basic Requirements
Technical Experience in Motorola products (ASTRO / TETRA / TRBO)
Manage skills to lead directly or indirectly technical team to support and resolve issues
Salesway
Electronic / telecommunications engineering degree or similar
ITIL knowledge
English fluent speaking and writing
