Staffing :

  • Work with SSA People Manager, Managing Directors and Partners, and Consulting Managers to understand upcoming projects and expected staffing requirements
  • Draw staffing scenarios for projects and proposals, considering business needs, staff developments areas, consultants’ interests and staffing rules
  • Regularly meet with members of the Consulting Team to understand their staffing needs and preferences, and advise them on upcoming projects
  • Communicate all along the staffing process with Consulting Team, HR, Operations and Finance departments
  • Incorporate vacations, trainings and flexible working models in capacity management
  • Liaise with international counterparts to assist with international staffing requests
  • Ensure update of PTO and Information Management tools
  • Maintain updated staff curriculums
  • Maintain accurate records of staffing assignments and pipeline
  • Continuously monitor staffing rules, processes and tools and propose improvements when needed
  • Career Development :

    Work with SSA People Manager to apply best-in class Career Development process for Consulting staff :

  • Proactively send out evaluations, monitoring and guaranteeing timely submissions
  • Regularly meet with Associate and Consultants to understand career perspectives, needs and questions
  • Timely plan and organize Career Development Committees, including logistics
  • Prepare CD Committees documentations and statistics
  • Work closely with CD Advisors to ensure implementation of developmental action plans
  • Support bonus process
  • Support all CD related topics, such as MBA sponsorships, international programs or flexibility models
  • Recruiting :

    Support the Recruiting Partner and Recruiting Director in planning and executing on all recruiting activities for Consulting Staff

  • In coordination with Recruiting Director and Recruiting Manager, apply recruiting plan and priorities
  • Liaise with local universities to identify and tap into local candidate pool
  • Plan and execute all recruiting events as necessary, including logistics, presentations, scheduling and budget maintenance
  • Screen CVs according to set criteria, arrange and coordinate logistics for test days and office visits
  • Act as main point of contact for applicants, respond to ad hoc questions, schedule interviews, greet candidates, communicate decisions and provide feedbacks
  • Coordinate selling phase, processes offer letters, sign-on bonuses and contracts
  • Maintain recruiting databases
  • Maintain links with and provide reporting to regional and global recruiting teams
  • Run appropriate analyses
  • Provide Competitive Intelligence as necessary
  • Coordinate recruiting for Business Services Team

  • Manage relationships with external agencies and directly source potential candidates from LinkedIn and job-boards
  • Determine interview schedule, arrange interviews, conduct first round interviews as required
  • Communicate decisions and provide feedback to candidates
  • Processes offer letters, sign-on bonuses and contracts
  • HR Administration and compliance :

    Execute HR administrative process in the objective of minimizing risks

  • Maintain staff records in compliance with labor law, ensure internal database is accurate and up-to-date
  • Understand local employment laws and requirements and ensure compliance across all People Platforms
  • Actively participate in payroll preparation, underlining any FTE changes and liaising with Finance Accountant
  • Prepare entrance of new hire, liaising with external providers and proceeding the necessary affiliation
  • Process all benefits administration
  • Track and monitor holidays, leaves of flex time for all staff
  • Mobility :

  • Support Mobility plan and process, for transferees as well as temporary visitors
  • Understand and run mobility legal process, ensuring compliance with visa immigration laws, working with external providers and sending offices
  • Track mobility legal and tax risks, working with external advisors and Global team every time needed
  • Other HR responsibilities :

  • Prepare People communication for different rooms such as office meetings, regular communications or specific campaigns, engineering other communication channels when needed
  • Support induction and training activities
  • Invest in various HR initiatives as needed

  • University degree
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of work experience, preferably in a Multinational Corporation or in a professional services firm
  • Strong interest in Human Resources management
  • Business proficiency
  • Fluent English and Spanish, oral and written
  • Confident in the use of Excel and Powerpoint
  • Absolute trustworthiness combined with perfect discretion and strong sense of responsibility

    The HR Coordinator will be an integral member of the Lima office and will support business objectives and growth of BCG through the coordination of Staffing, Career Development, Recruiting and HR Administration processes.

    He / She will work inside our Spanish South America HR Team with the support of his / her colleagues.
