The Renewals Manager will promote a customer success focus and work closely with the wider business to ensure customer retention and timely actions to customer requests.
This is a critical role that is responsible for the entire renewals lifecycle as well as identifying, planning, and coordinating business growth strategies from our existing customer base to help strengthen renewals and achieve revenue goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Responsible for securing and closing renewals and communicating with the renewal process to our existing clients.
Develop a firm understanding of TOMIA’s product suite and identify gaps in our current customer’s needs that TOMIA products can be best utilized.
Research and connect with customers to understand their current challenges as well as KPI’s and goals for the future.
Interact regularly with the customers to ensure timely renewals.
Be a champion of the customer needs / issues across multiple departments and conduct / take part of regular customer reviews.
Update sales renewals opportunities and relative information into Salesforce to manage activity.
Manage customer transactions including price quotes and purchase orders.
Work alongside the external sales team and business teams to help coordinate any necessary customer interactions.
Manage and update the Customer Health Score for your client base
Build, maintain, and grow TOMIA business value to the existing customer base

2+ years in sales, business development, or entrepreneurial experience
Ability to understand complex sales and business models
Ability to effectively present information to customers, top management, public groups, and / or company boards
An individual must be a self-starter and able to work independently
Problem solver that can analyse a situation and find creative solutions
Organised with an analytical mindset
Excellent negotiation skills and objection handling
Experience working in telecom industry is preferred
Prior experience with Salesforce is preferred
