PROFILE :
Graduate or Bachelor of Marketing, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related careers.
Minimum experience of 2 years as head of client portfolio (indispensable)
Knowledge of managing CRM platforms : Salesforce (desirable)
Intermediate command of Excel and Power Point (indispensable)
Advanced command of English (indispensable)
FUNCTIONS :
Manage a portfolio of high-value customers with the goal of retention, create loyalty and make them prefer the brand over any other.
Complete and exceed the commercial objectives of the brand / market through specific actions during the month / quarter / year.
Being the person in charge of the planning and coordination processes of the various events that include clients of the portfolio.
Manage contacts for escalations due to verification processes, account closures, responsible gaming, source of income, etc.
Examine the value proposition towards VIP customers of competitors, being able to evaluate the experience and communication to achieve retention.
Carry out reactivation plans, asset growth, retention and more for the clients of the portfolio.
