Job Responsibilities :
Manage and control the schedule of milestones and quality of the deliveries to the client within the internal budget allocated.
Based on the initial contract review performed, manage risk and opportunities during the project execution
With Customer and Internal design office :
Liaise with the customer and design team in Bangkok to manage the development of design and to ensure approval is obtained from customer before starting mass production.
Manage a working relationship with identified client for all technical & commercial aspects through the life of the project.
Co-ordinate / ensure Contract documents (bond, guarantees etc.) are put in place and applied during the project.
With Purchase & Supply chain department :
Based on BOM, drawings & inventory, calculate the net material requirement in order that PO can be raised by purchasing department.
With quality department :
Liaise with quality department to make sure that customer complaints are either avoided or at least recorded, analyzed and taken into consideration (solution to be put in place + customer informed)
To check and confirm that all of the required components, in accordance with the final design, are delivered and checked for quality in the factory prior to making inspections with the final Client(s)
With production and safety at factory :
Provide to production all necessary inputs to ensure that customer expectation are matched in terms of lead time & quality
Check month end stock balance to ensure parts / material are sufficient for project.
Do Safety Observation Report based on visit at the factory or during work on site
With accounting department :
Report for financial status of the project and ensure we are paid on time by customer.
Deal directly with customer representative for all technical and commercial topics.
In coordination with factory Manager, request / Approve overtime to match customer expectation.
Counter sign PO to ensure aligned with project requirement.
Allocation task and manage resources reporting to him directly
KPI & Reporting
Customer satisfaction survey results (yearly)
Project forecast margin (monthly).
Number of customer claims / NCR.
Number of Safety Observation Report done.
of OTIF deliveries on the project
2 positions available. 1 position in project management and 1 position in sales performance and tendering new projects.
Engineer / Certification in Project Management
Male candidate preferred.
Minimum 3 5 years’ experience in similar position preferably in railway related experience is a plus point.
Good connection and network within the rail industry will be a plus point.
Communication, team spirit and customer service oriented.
Knowledge about Legal basics.
Willingness to travel to the project site and the production warehouse
