job description responsibilities
responsible for keeping billing, estimating and invoicing statuses current and on trackreconcile of bank statements and credit card statements.
create and review purchase orders from projects, identify accurate use of resources to ensure all services are invoiced.monitor financial transactions and reports.
register daily deposits and many batches of credit cards using the accounting system databaseidentifies and resolves exceptions such as previous balances i.
e., misapplied payments, missing invoices, duplicate paymentsprocess invoices to customers in a timely manner, according to policies.
maintaining general ledger, using the chart of accounts and cost codinggeneral ledger journal entries and credit card and bank account reconciliation.
reconcile invoices and identify discrepanciesinternal credit card reconciliation when required.qualifications
1-2 years of relevant experience preferredbachelors degree preferred in finance, accounting, or related fieldstr communication skills, both verbal written proficiency in excelexperience with accounting software or erps quickbooks, oracle am othersexcellent organizational skillsproblem-
