Overview : We are searching for a Talent Consultant, a true Head Hunter, who is passionate about people, client service and ringing bells when making placements.

We are a boutique Search Firm with Top Fortune 500 companies based in Miami, FL. We work with multiple industries across North America (Canada & USA) and Latin America.

We only focus on direct hires / permanent placements mid to senior level positions. If you have the entrepreneur spirit, yet structured, and want to succeed in this field, we are your home! We are well established and have the clients and jobs.

You just have to fill them! Responsibilities : Sources and recruits qualified candidates for placement in professional and / or management-level positions.

Identifies potential candidate sources and initiates / maintains relationships with a network of contacts to continually increase the quality and size of applicant pools.

Partners with Hiring Managers to understand job specifications and business staffing needs. Conducts technical and behavioral interviews / assessments as appropriate to determine best match to jobs and ensure associate success.

Influences and negotiates offers. Evaluates selection criteria and testing techniques to ensure compliance to standards.

Determines appropriate advertising and outreach techniques. Experience Target : 5 years recruiting in combined contingency with retained or corporate experience Experience with FMCG (preferred) - Consumer Goods Strong communication skills Education : Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Marketing Skills / Knowledge / Abilities : Demonstrated organizational, interpersonal and communication skills with ability to negotiate effectively verbally and in writing (English and Spanish preferred) Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills Detail oriented with good time management skills General computer skills, including use of Microsoft programs Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems
