Reporting to the Sr. Director of Global Omni-Shopper & Digital Consumer Marketing you will be responsible for the development of first party consumer data strategy and regional consultant for execution.
You will work closely with key stakeholders in global and regional business units across brand marketing, promotions, experience planning and other functions.
This role also includes accountability for all aspects of the strategic framework, regional pilots and measurement of data acquisition and engagement efforts.
And, in collaboration with IT, youll oversee ecosystem implementation and functionality with Adobe and Epsilon marketing platforms.

HERES A TASTE OF WHAT YOULL BE DOING Consumer Data Strategy With an owners mindset, youll lead the global consumer data strategy, and influence regions to execute data acquisition and engagement activities for both brand and promotional audiences to maintain and grow first party data.
You will partner with global and regional media, marketing and IT and Legal operations to develop a first party data strategy, increase data scale and enhance data collection while complying with appropriate privacy and data collection standards.
Youll also develop standardized measurement frameworks and global reporting to measure impact on the business. Our success is shaped by you.
Collaboration Youll work with our Information Technology team to define consumer data technology roadmaps to deliver consumer marketing objectives, and ensure technology capabilities meet the needs of future marketing efforts to support brand initiatives.
Youll also collaborate with global and regional experience planners, shopper marketing and promotional teams to influence integrated, omni-channel experience plans and tactics that leverage our 1P data.
And, youll support regions in 1p data onboarding, identify agency and external vendors as applicable. CRM Stategy As CRM subject matter expert, youll be an advocate for CRM process globally.
You will help regions to design, develop and deploy initiatives tied to driving business outcomes. This could include B2B, D2C, and B2C.
Youll also train the regions on how to coordinate and facilitate brand, corporate communications, shopper and eCommerce planning to develop content plans, and maintain integration of all existing customer data from various touch points into the centralized databases including all required documentation.
With an eye for compliance, assure compliance with all Kelloggs policies, legal and brand guidelines and lead or participate in key digital and CRM governance activities.
