This Senior Analyst position works within the North America Lottery (NALO) Finance team to support a regional business segment with respect to monitoring and reporting financial results.
This position will also be responsible for developing budgets and forecast to help drive the business.
Lead the month-end closing activities. Ensure adherence to any all Sarbanes Oxley, GAAP and Corporate Accounting requirements.
Produce supporting reporting packages necessary for Month End and Forecast Reviews
Actively contributes to annual 5 year plan process and periodic regional forecast updates.
Assist in preparation of business partner presentations, highlighting the underlying performance of the businesses with emphasis on key performance indicators and cost control
Build and maintain financial planning system reports to increase automation, reduce report preparation time and improve report timeliness
Recommend modifications to new and existing reporting to improve both the quality of the presentation and the information provide
Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting required
2 - 4 years of financial experience in a corporate environment
Must have advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with business systems and financial reporting software, SAP BPC and / or Hyperion a plus
Self-motivated, able to work both independently and as part of a team
