JOB DESCRIPTION The opportunity We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking project lead to join our established and growing team in Peru.

Your responsibilities will include : Managing the delivery of the project in a professional and timely manner at all times, with a consistent approach to the application of appropriate procedures, processes and control across the projects.

Overseeing team of project managers and contract administrators, challenging and supporting to ensure project objectives are met.

Driving health & safety as a priority on all projects in line with Mace's standards. Coordinating and input into monthly progress reports and lead reviews alongside project controls, advising on the on the performance of those contractors, consultants and suppliers appointed by the client to deliver the project.

Managing project, reporting and forecasting on schedule, cost and quality. Ensuring (and enforcing, where necessary) the compliance by those contractors, consultants and suppliers appointed by the client to deliver the project.

Observing good governance and compliance with client procedures. Assisting in the development of team members personal development objectives.

Ensuring client feedback is received and acted upon. About you You will have a civil engineering degree or equivalent. You will have a construction or project management background in health projects.

You have experience managing stakeholders and delivering major programmes or infrastructure also track record of leading teams in major projects and setting up infrastructure strategies.

The LATAM market experience would be preferred. English and Spanish language skills are a significant advantage and a willingness to learn is expected.
