The successful candidate will have minimum 3 years’ proven experience in IT as a business / system analyst preferably within banking or fintech and experience in design and development of software documentation.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Close work with various stakeholders to collect system requirements, analysis, validation, management, and prioritization.
Working with the Development team, operations team, and the Business to ensure all documents are fully understood to be converted into the desired code / systems / technology.
Produce and maintain software documentation including business processes, requirement specifications, and documentation.
Control the delivery and the quality of the created functionality till the moment it is on production.
Conduct user acceptance testing.
Analysis of risks and causes of errors in the development of systems.
Ability to measure and analyze basic business, product, and technical metrics
Build basic dashboards, data analyses
Work with the stakeholders to build efficient reports
Experience in the financial industry, payment institutions is an advantage.
