Job Description Assist in managing project development and the end-to-end delivery Assist in delivering the project scope, deliverable and objective that support business goals in collaboration with Project Lead, senior management, Head of Global Finance Services (GFS) and stakeholders.

Actively identify, communicate and report significant deviation in project quality, cost or schedule. Perform important administrative functions for the project lead which includes, but not limited to;

updating the project schedule, taking minutes at meetings, preparing progress reports, drafting, preparing and maintaining organization documentations, contracts and agreements Provide project governance including gate reviews, post audits and quality control of the project deliverables Support Head of Shared Services in monitoring of annual project budgets and overall SSC Asia / Pacific business case The Successful Applicant University Degree in Accounting / Finance / Financial Engineering Minimum 2+ years accounting and finance experience in SSC environmnet and involvement in cross-border migration project Experience in a shared services or similar environment, executing outsourcing migration projects in relation to accounting and finance services Able to identify areas for process simplification and improvement to undertake process enhancement projects in relation to accounting and finance services Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skill
