Job Description

Ability to source and identify potential tenants

Maintaining rapport with lessees during their tenancy period specifically to oversee their welfare as well as to assist in resolving property / tenancy issues

Reviewing on the terms of lease, rental rate and period of payment to tenants

Ensure the proper documentation and storage of leasing files

Establishing and reviewing SOPs to ensure continuous improvement meeting standard required by the Authorities and Stakeholders

Assist in coordinating, supervising and overseeing renovation and rectification work for all outlets

Attending to complaints from Tenants in regards to Facility Management and perform necessary follow up until completion of the case

Ad hoc projects as and when assigned by superior


Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate or any related field; Diploma Holder with at least 5 years’ experience

Competent to read, write and converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.

Possess own transport (as the incumbent will be expected to travel between outlets)
