The HR Data Privacy Specialist will support the implementation of the Data Privacy policy and data privacy legislations requirements within HR.
Responsibilities :
Perform Data Privacy reviews for HR projects, processes and tools through analysis, Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA) and approvals and proactively promote Privacy by Design ensuring HR projects, tools and processes adhere to Data Privacy guidelines, policies and regulations.
Review HR Data Analytics Requests and any ad-hoc requests to ensure that ensure data protection robust controls are in place.
Monitor HR Data Subjects requests in close collaboration with Legal and HR.
Build and foster relationships with key stakeholders across HR, Legal, Country HR, IT and Corporate Audit.
Collect performance statistics and prepare team presentations.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in a HR, Business, Accounting, Legal, Compliance or related field.
2+ years experience in Data Privacy, Information Security or Compliance, ideally in Human Resources ideally
Experience in Compliance, Controls, or Audit in a services or manufacturing environment and international exposure.
Understanding of Data Privacy Regulations
Deep knowledge of HR and Risk Management policies & processes
Process and Project management skills with ability to manage activities across a large group and deliver projects on time on budget.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills effective at all levels of the Business
use logic and sound problem solving skills to perform data analysis to identify issues / opportunities and generate solutions.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office
