Ability to manage deployment Plan, Installation, Post-Installation, Client Copies, System release support andCo-ordination with Functional team, HyperCare support, Transport Setup, Performance optimization, Unit Test & Integration test supportExperience with S / 4, C / 4, BW / 4 HANA Conversion / Upgrade, Migration and OS / DB Conversion ProjectsHANA DB- Administration & Operations - (All scenarios) Implementation, Upgrade, Administration, Operations, Performance management and supportFiori Implementation and Support for S / 4 HANA and BSoHOS / DB / Platform / Cloud Migrations (experience of at least 2 to 3 projects)SAP BSoH, SAP Business Suite - ERP / SRM / CRM / PLM / APO NetWeaver Stack / AS-Java Administration, Technical upgrades and operational support expertise (Performance management, printers, SMTP, client / system refreshes, all other basis tasks)NetWeaver Stack BW / BI / PI / EP / GRC / AS-Java Administration, Technical upgrades and operational support expertiseKnowledge of Solution ManagerBOBJ BI Platform / Data Services Basis Administration, Upgrades and SupportAll non-HANA DB (Oracle / MSSQL / DB2 / Sybase / MaxDB) Administration, Operations and support ?

Mentor and support other colleagues and L2 team for L3 Basis deliverySoft Skills : Ability to negotiate and communicate with other support partners like SAP and Functional partnersStrong presentation / communication / facilitation skills (oral and written)Must be well organized, detail oriented and capable of juggling numerous prioritiesWorks well with teams or in a team environment, with the ability to work independentlyPrimary contact for all customer communications for Managed servicesOverall responsible for managed services SLAs like availability (proactive monitoring) , Incident resolutions as per Protera SLAs, System recoverability (100%) - Backups & DRManage maintenance related changes and negotiate service windows with customer as per Protera resources availabilityPrepare and manage customer specific technical proceduresPrepare and present Protera standard Monthly reports with interactive discussions and detailed analysis on important KPI / ExceptionsOrganize and drive ad-hoc customer meetings for managed services deliveryExcellent English communications skills is must ILETS 7+ bands and equivalentKnowledge of Spanish will be added advantageLanguage Skills : Excellent English communications skills is must ILETS 7+ bands and equivalentKnowledge of Spanish will be added advantage
