Planning and strategy design to meet and exceed placement targets, working closely with Placement and Product Team creating sinergies to outperform.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in B2B for international markets or similar roles, and at least 2 years working directly with the US market.
Experience in tech recruitment and a deep understanding of the upcoming trends.Strategic mindset and forecast management.
