Position OverviewResponsible for monthly sales forecasts, strategic planning and pipeline management. Dedicated to one or more large DN customers, leads the effort to focus strategy, elevate DN?

s position with each customer and pursue all business opportunities within the accounts. . Has the specific responsibility for providing business solutions and directly marketing DN?

s product solutions to Financial Institutions in cooperation with the respective account teams. You are responsible forAssist with the development and management of Strategic Plans for DNPipeline Management Hosting the Risk & Opportunity Meetings for all asigned accounts.

go to market? plan Drive ?new core? business direction and solutions such as Professional Services, Managed services and Internet, Consultative services Grow market share Increase market penetration and sale of DN value add software solutions Support of and assist in the creation of a marketing plan for brand awareness and recognition Client Management : Direct selling (as assigned)Selling Support working directly with the Executive Account ManagersEstablish and build sound customer relationshipsMeet product and service sales objectives for assigned accountsQualifications?

Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience required, Master?s degree preferred? Minimum of 10 years? experience in the financial services industry with a focus on software and services solutions?

Creativity needed to anticipate market trends and needs and identify new solutions to satisfy those needs ? Possess a high level of demonstrated leadership, oral and written communication, presentation, critical thinking and strategic planning skills ?

Must be assertive, influential and able to motivate all levels of associates, peers and executive leadership? Proven track record of successful relationship building internal and external, business partnering with accounts and multi - resource team selling?

Highly motivated and possess a successful track record of exceeding goals? Possess high level of industry / account / product knowledge?

Must be adept at team building and collaborating ? Excellent conceptual and technical understanding of their domain of expertise ?

Mature knowledge about state-of-the-art software trends and technologies ? Deep knowledge about retail banking industry and related typical business processes ?

Experience with a CRM system, preferably Salesforce.com? Excellent presentation and communication skills ? Capabilities to work in virtual and international teams ?

Strong competence in customer facing environment and the ability to communicate to executives on specific practice from a business perspective?

Ability to identify, structure and articulate solutions both tactically (situational basis) and strategically; with the ability to recognize patterns of needs?

Position will require up to 50% travel ? Other duties as assigned or requiredPreferred Qualifications10 years of experience in Services / Product Development, managing multiple geographies and cultures.
