    Oikocredit International is looking for an Office Assistant (40 hours) to be based in Lima, Peru. This position will provide administrative support to the investment officers / management in the marketing and operative activities.

    The Office Assistant is part of the Andean Hub and reports to the Investment Manager.

    As an office assistant, you will be responsible for :

  • Supporting with accounting and compliance local regulation
  • Supporting Marketing & Communications activities at country level
  • Managing contract with external IT consultants and other suppliers (stationary / maintenance / cleaning services)
  • Receiving the organizations visitors and hosting organization events
  • Handling of invoicing & collection as well as payments & petty cash
  • Requests information from partners for preparation of EPTs or monitoring visits
  • Uploads documents for EPT’s and -monitoring.
  • Travel arrangements for team members and visitors
  • Manages and updates functional contacts database
  • Supports electronic and hardcopy filing of documents in support of country staff
  • Supports with administration duties and data input
  • Supports (s)IO / IM with invoicing and collection

    It is essential that :

  • You have 1 year of relevant work experience
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in business in English
  • Bachelor degree in administrative, finance, accounting, or secretarial support education or similar
  • Experience in Financial Services Sector (will be considered as an asset)
