JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy.
Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures
Manage & maintaining office air-conditional & electrical work
Maintaining office cleanliness, hygiene and Covid-19 SOP.
Set up & manage company fix line and employees business line.
Replenish office’s pantry refreshment & supply.
Record monthly company expenses (utilities, internet & water) for Plant & Branches.
Organising any company festive & event.
Managing company courier services
Staff hostel management
Draft Business Admin memo, setting new SOP and proposal.
Manage all branches corporate identity documents. (Letter head & envelop).
Monitoring branches expenses and generate monthly report comparison.
Compilation of branch Licensing & Agreements.
To perform / assist in any matters / task when required and assigned by your superior.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
Junior level, specialized in business support or equivalent.
Flexibility to adapt to changes.
Strong attention to detail.
Pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently as well as a good team player
Discipline, independent, word hard and well time management.
Preferably good communication and written in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
Job Type : Permanent
Salary : RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
