Position Overview : Focus, Scope, and Impact : This role is responsible for Operations performance tracking and business intelligence across the multiple regions and disciplines within the total NARTD Portfolio (Mexico, Central, Brazil and South Cone) .
This will be achieved by : Performance Tracking of key business indicators as per Business Plan. Additionally, m anage and track other key performance indicators : Brand Love Score, Brand Penetration, Loss Sales Opportunity etc.
Pulling data and insights from Insights and Analysis, Operations Planning and BTO / EWI functions to identify granular opportunities and create actionable com mercial levers at market level.
Provide performance improvement recommendations. Identify and p rovide ongoing support to the OperationsTeam on system : wide matters needing attention.
Develops and maintains effective working relationships with Franchise Units , Strategy, Commercial and Marketing functions).
Scope : Operating Region : Full accountability over the LATAM OU Business Intelligence across all Operating Zones and all 8 Franchise Territories ( System NR , KO NR, KO OI ).
Reporting to Sr. Manager Franchise Strategic Planning : Franchise Unit. Cross : collaborate with all Business Intelligence and Business Tracking community across LA OU.
