Responsible for providing technical support and / or leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet a customer’s business needs.
Creates and maintains effective customer relationships to secure customer satisfaction. Provides the deepest level of product- and technology-specific expertise available to customers from anyone in the sales organization in deal pursuit situations.
Aligned to specific products or product-lines.
The Systems Engineer will have the responsibility to help the Sales team in demand generation and technical closing for the strategic deals.
Also will be responsible to train the partners and distributors in Perú, Bolivia and Ecuador.
Education and Experience Required :
Bachelor Degree or equivalent in any field (preferably IT / Sales )
3+ years of relevant work experience or equivalent.
Knowledge and Skills :
Demonstrated knowledge of company's portfolios of products and services
Demonstrated knowledge of IT and / or industry solutions, products and services to solve business challenges
Demonstrated communication and negotiation skills
Able to lead and work within a team
Depending on role, may require hunter approach or strategic "farmer or relationship selling approach.
