THE POSITION At VTEX we are looking for a professional to lead the Partner & Network area for Peru and Ecuador. We are looking for a person with sales profile who is about to take on the challenges of develop and continue the growth of the ecosystem of implementators and Integrated Solutions for Peru & Ecuador.

We look for the Commercial Manager with flexible, dynamic profile and great knowledge of the industry of retail and ecommerce.

Carry out prospecting, onbording and identify business opportunities for agencies that implement VTEX technology as well as solutions that connect to VTEX.

Manage the digital presence of the brand together with partners and integrated solutions, coordinate Outbound Marketing strategies.

  • Manage the company's participation in digital or face-to-face activities, work with the sales team to convene prospects, customers and partners;
  • Budget management and Sales & Opps Generation objectives. Generate actionable periodic reports for the commercial team.


  • Identify, prospect and find new strategic partnerships - You’ll fully work in BtoB
  • Close new partnership deals with Integrated Solutions and eCom Agencies to promote VTEX and VTEX clients and drive occupancy across Peru & Ecuador.
  • Organize and segment existing partners inside VTEX ecosystem
  • Analyze the performance of existing operations and identify areas for improvement (reporting, monitoring, KPI analysis)
  • Keep current leads, opportunities and wins up to date in our internal Salesforce CRM system.
  • Business Intelligence and be aware of any relevant and business making opportunities in Peru & Ecuador.
  • Keeps track of performance to match the goals
  • Manage communication with App Store team and solutions

  • Experience in the eCommerce industry;
  • Experience in a client facing role as the main point of contact;
  • Ability to understand business needs, articulate trade-offs, and discuss solutions with the client and VTEX teams;
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;
  • Availability to travel;
  • Organization and self-motivation to work in an environment with significant autonomy and flat hierarchy
  • Strong capability to work in teams and an ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • English and / or Portuguese language is required.
  • Comfortable with the hard-work and objective oriented culture
  • Comfortable with the use of CRM softwares (Salesforce, ideally)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills like on-board focus on finishing, deep respect for preparation, care about details, consistency, creativity, competitiveness, consistently overcome adversity, and team collaboration.
