Maintains databases by entering, verifying and backing up customer databases.
Manage pipelines and forecast data, provide consistent updates for reporting.
Develop the business relationship, gather customer intelligence data and deliver total satisfaction customer service.
Fulfil customer requirements, aligning business goals with high margin for their proposals.
Promote and upsell clients on other opportunities.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
Required skill(s) : MS Excel, MS Word
Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English.
Able to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
Good working ethic, willing to learn, positive attitude and lots of initiative.
Proven sales management experience.
Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Have own transportation.
At least 2 years of experiences in IT related field.
