Join our community of exceptional people doing incredible things. Job Description : Become part of a dynamic team, focused on developing energy efficient solutions supporting green initiatives, automotive electrification, EV charger infrastructure, and high-quality intelligent power conversion.

The team is a small, international group of highly motivated, results-oriented industry experts working in a collaborative, mentorship-oriented environment.

Develop next generation of intelligent power converters, high efficiency, digitally controlled power systems, utilizing latest switch, microcontroller, and DSP technologies.

Work on new power topology architectures, perform hardware and firmware integration, tune control loops, support testing environments, interact with software team to develop software framework for embedded systems focused on efficient, green power conversion.

Support key customer accounts for intelligent power systems, including design reviews to achieve required performance targets.

Develop documentation, promotion, and presentation materials for our dedicated field support team. Interact with third-party design houses and contract manufacturers, manage board productions, and provide environmental certification support.

Requirements / Qualifications : BSEE or equivalent with at least five years of experience doing hardware development in power electronics applications.

Familiarity with various power topologies. Knowledge of control systems and signal processing. Hands-on experience with embedded systems preferable.

Experience with various lab equipment, including high voltage systems. Strong team player. Proficient in English and German, with good communication skills.
