The Department of Business at Universidad de Ingenieria y Tecnologia UTEC’, Lima, Peru, invites applications for two full-time faculty positions.

We are especially interested in management practitioners or researchers with experience in the following areas, 1) Digital Product Management, 2) Business Analytics and AI 3) Digital Transformation and Organizational Change, 4) Talent Management and the Future of Work.

UTEC opened its doors in 2012 and is home to over 3000 students. UTEC’s main goal is to admit outstanding students, regardless of their socioeconomic status, and to graduate professionals with a holistic vision, good business and communication skills, technological savviness and a clear focus on innovation and entrepreneurship, contributing to the global economy and society at large.

UTEC is backed by the most influential business owners and companies in Peru, and supported through strategic alliances with world-renowned universities and institutions, such as MIT, Harvard University and Purdue.

Applications will be considered beginning January 20th, 2022, and will continue until the position is filled. The proposed starting date for this position is November 2nd, 2020.

Minimum Qualifications :

Master degree or PhD in Management, Management Science, Business Analytics, Behavioral Science, Organizational Psychology or related disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications :

Business experience. Entrepreneurial or leadership experience will be highly regarded.

Demonstrated interest in working with academic, industry, and / or community partners.
