Lead the HR Operations Transformation & Analytics Unit through ongoing process improvement in employee experience, alignment of local and global processes, HR systems management and enhancement and data analysis for effective decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Enable operating excellence by delivering the end-to-end experience across HR processes
Serve as the primary contact person between local and group team on SF systems
Evaluate effectiveness of HR systems and processes, recommend and implement improvements
Perform analytics on HR data to identify future risks and opportunities and develop recommendations
Responsible for SWP / People Analytics data and leverage on data insights and provide recommendations
Review / Develop HR Dashboard and ensure it is update in a timely manner
Review HR Policy and processes and provide practical framework to refine operating processes and reduce cost, and improve service levels across the entire HR services value chain to enhance employee experience
Responsible for HR Governance ie Audit Management and local / group regulatory requirements and ensure compliance
Key Requirements / Skills / Experience
Min 5 10 years of relevant experience within HR domain
Have sound understanding of HR domains across the value chain ie HR process, HR technology, HR Analytics, Strategic Workforce Planning
Strong track record supporting a range of HRIS systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools within a large organisation.
SuccessFactors experience will be highly regarded
Ability to be agile and work in a fast paced environment, adaptable to change and able to deal with ambiguity
Proven analytical and critical thinking capability to resolve issues that may arise with managing data in a system
Ability to plan and prioritize effectively, organize tasks and manage competing resources and demands
Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships internally and externally with colleagues and service providers
