The opportunity

Project : Peru Education Infrastructure Programme

This is a PMO and programme management opportunity to construct, rebuild and redevelop over 70 schools in Lima and across the country, with a value of almost US$1bn.

To manage the schedule, evaluate schedule information, identify trends, risks, issues and opportunities. To work with the cost team to develop EVM reports and the controls team to prepare WBS.

Prepare reports at a project and programme level and work with the wider PMO team to ensure robust project controls processes, systems and tools are implemented on the programme.

Your responsibilities will include :

Performing baseline schedule maintenance and control, managing the earned value management, analysis and reporting.

Transferring knowledge of best practice earned value management to our nation-wide client and supply chain organisations.

Developing and scheduling reports together with the planning and controls leads, collecting and interpreting schedule data and EV, providing output to the programme and project teams.

Interacting with functional leads and sub-programme leads to obtain schedule updates, monitoring actual performance against the schedule to identify delay, early and late completion.

Interfacing with the project technical staff to define a change to schedules and identification of variances from the original plan.

Identifying and evaluating associated schedule, resource conflicts and potential cost impacts and issues.
