Education / Qualifications :
Requires unquestionable customer service skills, meticulousness, and ability to be persistent while maintaining tact.
Strong English writing and communication skills.
Ability to type 50 wpm preferred.
Advanced knowledge of computers and programs (e.g., word processing, excel, power point)
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with many interruptions.
Requires great attention to detail.
5 years in an executive administrative support role.
Additional experience may be substituted for education requirements.
