About the role
We're looking for a CRM Specialist to help continue the current pace of growth by ensuring that we are effectively messaging our customers in a way that informs, delights and drives growth.
Being a CRM Specialist at Beat means you will be part of a cross-functional team. You will be working with operations, analytics, product and design teams to coordinate and deploy email campaigns around product launches, promotions and all other ad hoc communications relevant to our customers.
You will be creating new paths together with a great team of hackers and hustlers in a fast paced, growth oriented environment.
What you'll be doing :
CRM communications setup and implementation based on business goals and needs from local and global departments
Optimization of customer lifetime value by designing omni channel campaigns and automated comms flows across user lifecycle stages utilizing : Email, Push notifications, SMS, blog posts and in-app messaging
Channel mix optimization by monitoring, testing and analyzing results across campaigns
Testing methodology implementation in CRM comms to extract high data conclusions (i.e. control groups, statistic significance)
Work on automations in CRM processes in order to deliver high quality and targeted campaigns to lead users down the funnel and offer them a seamless experience in their customer journey
Liaise with Growth owners, Local experts, and Creative resources to ensure CRM campaigns high quality, performance and impact on business KPIs
What you need to have :
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or similar fields
2-3 years experience working in CRM, in business intelligence, Growth Marketing or other departments as an analyst or similar positions, performing similar responsibilities.
Basic programming knowledge (SQL & HTML)
Strong knowledge of CRM platforms such as : Leanplum, Mailchimp, etc.
Strong analytical skills
Project management skills with an ability to work with internal teams and external partners when required
Fluency in English both written and verbal is a must
