This role can be based in Chicago, IL or Minneapolis, MN. If based out of our Chicago, IL office, we are conveniently located across from the Cumberland Blue Line stop at 8430 West Bryn Mawr Ave, Suite 1100.
In this role the Contract Administrator will manage the contract acquisition and fulfillment between Esko and its customers post sales.
Coordinates contract negotiation, approval, termination in accordance with Eskos policies, regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
Manages changes for contracts and coordinates all interested parties. The Contract Administrator will manage subscription renewals.
They will support the Brand Sales team to reach their quarterly regional targets. Responsible for keeping track and structuring various tasks and employee documents, including Assisting Sales and coordinating the overall team with renewal details for WebCenter projects.
Single point of contact for Fields Sales order entry documentation and administration for all order and contracts. Managing subscription renewals for the field sales team (ex. PO, invoices).
