We are looking for Peru s Head of Supply Operations based in Lima who will be focused on improving and optimizing the processes to tackle operational challenges in the market.
This role will require a mix of operations, people and stakeholder management, analytical skills, and creativity to tackle different challenges.
The couriers, Glovers for us, are a key player in Glovo’s marketplace and you will need to ensure the fleets long-term sustainability, as well as its healthy contribution to the operational performance and user experience in Peru.
Be a part of a team where you will :
Lead and develop Peru s Supply Operations team and define and implement scalable processes that leverage data and directly impact their KPIs.
Develop and optimize processes as the local operation scales - Thinking about what the processes will look like a few weeks into operations VS few months
Maintenance and analysis of business reports and information to aid in the basic decision-making process of supply chain operational needs, including daily, weekly and monthly reports indicating full operational status concerning to the flow
Manage communication with Third Party Logistics Providers (3PL) related to the distribution network
Understand, deep-dive and have a complete understanding of the local supply situation at all times
Identify channels to source new leads and potential Glovers through both online and offline medium
Analyze daily and weekly operation metrics with a macro view of the long-term success of the country
Optimize delivery times and Glover earnings
Develop analytical frameworks and models for your country and the region
You have :
7+ years of experience in high demanding positions (operations, technology, consulting, investment banking, etc.).
3+ years of experience managing high-performing teams is required
Experience in startups, technological platforms, or the on-demand industry is a plus.
Deep understanding of the user experience and operational levers to improve it
Results oriented, analytical mindset to re-think our processes is a must (and SQL skills are not required but valued)
Excellent communication, the ability to engage internal and external customers.
