Press Tab to Move to Skip to Content Link Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Compliance We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Compliance to strengthen our Human Resources Function in Market Area Europe & Latin America (MELA).
As Compliance SME based in Poland or Hungary, you will be accountable to drive our Human Resources (HR) agenda in a wide verity of compliance related topics for Northern and Central Europe.
A collaboration between you and other roles within the HR Function will be key to our joint success. At the same time, you will also act as the prime HR interface to different Group Functions in Ericsson concerning the prevention and follow-up of illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.
We will count on you as a pro-active and strong driver and contributor for further implementation and continuous improvements of our HR related Compliance processes and tools addressing the needs of your geography and beyond of the wider Ericsson Group.
This position will report to the Head of Program Management & Compliance in HR of Market Area Europe & Latin America and be part of Customer Unit Northern & Central Europes People team.
