Will serve on the PSO local leadership team to provide HR support and will be responsible for the day-to-day Plant HR operations.
This professional will be a key resourse in managing the change effort to World Class manufacturing by engaging the workforce, designing strategies and implementing HR systems / processes which support and reinforce desired behaviors.
Additional responsibilities includes : conducting organizational assessments, developing action plans, developing process maps for people systems and supporting HR initiatives to drive the Plat HR Objectives, Goals, Strategies and Tactics.
Control and follow up of local benefits within PS and PMU such as cafeteria and local Plant; Keep accurate reporting on HR and budget / fcst updates data on a regular basis.
