While it may sound cliché, we’re looking for a game changer’, someone with strong business development experience to join Edgewell Personal Care a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black and recently acquired Cremo just to name a few!).

Now, Let’s Get Down to Business

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you be responsible of Channel s Sales plan management and development, establishing products and an appropriate understanding of customer expectation by working with it developing plans and products ever applying strategic, analytic, and creative thinking.

You will also be responsible to potentiate sales across all categories and Brands in Channel. Overall you will deliver sales results, lead and develop sales activities for the team, search for continuous brand growth in Walmart, with a business mindset.

The role will manage 2 Key Account Managers. If there’s one thing you’ll get here at Edgewell, it’s a collaborative group full of likeable, diverse and nurturing colleagues.

Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?

Ideally you will have similar experience gained within a consumer goods business.

In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience

  • Education / qualification in Sales, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Business or related subject
  • Significant Sales experience in Consumer Goods or Retail (preferably in Personal Care)
  • People management experience
  • Good understanding of our respective retail landscape, in particular Supermarkets, Drug and Pharmacies
  • Ability to negotiate, influence and make bold decisions
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across diverse teams and functions
  • Proficient in using MS Office, including MS Excel
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English
