Participate in detailed engineering with EPCM. Participate in the development of commissioning, startup and ramp up plans.
Plan, organize and ensure the availability of the resources required for the execution of the commissioning, ramp up and commercial production plan of the process plants.
Develop short, medium and long-term production plans. Perform continuous monitoring (through reports, visits, inspections, meetings, etc.
of operations. Plan for the safe and efficient commissioning, ramp up and commercial production of a new processing facility.
Manage communication strategies between members of the MYSRL process operations team and Sulfides project team. Work with supply chain for the execution and delivery of works by contractors and suppliers in their area of responsibility.
Promote the development of projects that allow for necessary changes to the plant design. Manage the expenses (CAPEX and OPEX) of the area to ensure budget compliance and efficient use of resources.
Know and comply with the MYSRL Internal Regulation related to Safety and Occupational Health issued pursuant to Law 29783, DS.
024-2016-EM y DS. 023-2017-EM; as well as the regulations related to Safety, Integral Hygiene and Environment contained in the MYSRL Internal Work Regulations and Code of Ethics and Conduct, the MYSRL Loss Prevention Manual, the Internal Procedure / Rule Manual in the work area and the Loss Prevention activities scheduled for his / her Department.

The functions of this position are performed in the field and office. The person in charge must be in good health and physical condition so that they can carry out work at heights between 3,000 and 4,000 meters above sea level.
The work schedule is administrative, 4 days of work and 3 days of rest. The person in charge may have to travel and help at other locations nationally and internationally.
