One of our critical hires is for a Process Analyst, who is a customer service professional, self-starter, and change agent.
The Process Analyst plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma). Diagrams and evaluates existing processes.
Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams. Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.
Collects data to identify root cause of problems. Measures performance against process requirements. Aligns improvement to performance shortfalls.
Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality. May deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control.
Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes. Communicates team progress. Performs cost and benefit analyses.
Direct contact with customers is also required at times. Coordinates action plans with internal Sales teams, engineering, clinical teams, etc.
and external stakeholders customers, partners, vendors, etc. . Heavy involvement in individual development or performance plans.

Leadership and contribution Contributing Independently but will require a lot of coaching from supervisor and engineering leaders In this role, you’ll need Education & Experience Requires a Bachelor Degree from a four-year college or university Typically, less than one year of directly related experience May develop at this level for 2-3 years Proficiency in English Certifications Six Sigma Certification (minimum White Belt) LEAN Certification Advance Excel Certification MES certification GEMBA Fundamentals Certification Power BI & Power Apps
