Job DescriptionCoordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departmentsSource applicants through online channels, plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews - if possibleAssess candidates information, including C.

Vs., portfolios and referencesCreate job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each positionIdentify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidatesKeep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholdersOrganise and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipelineThe Successful Applicant* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, or in related field.

4 years minimum of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar in lines of expertise.* Have experience in recruitment and staffing will be a definite plus point.

Experience in talent acquisition, proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, and the ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants.

Communicates effectively with good conduct of English (mandarin will be a plus point).What's on OfferAttractive remuneration packages.
